>>14351…Someone refresh me, how old IS this guy again?
ID: a93a1 No.14360
>>14352Has the reason for his amnesia ever been explained? It seems like such a convenient way to wave away all his past crimes.
Again, TwoKinds has a really cool tense moment that gets brushed away too quickly.

>>14360IIRC, the Master Templar diced up his memories and dumped him in the forest thinking that he'd be killed by the Keidran. Whether that was for a simple power grab or some more complex reason has yet to be revealed; Euchre has suggested that having Trace dead isn't necessary, so long as he doesn't revert to his old self.

>>14361OK, but are we ever gonna get an explanation for the cyan triangle on his face?

>>14811…But then how has she been physically there in every other scene and able to use magic and shit?
ID: 869cb No.14816
>>14814No reason a magical projection couldn't be solid. And casting spells through a familiar or sufficiently high-level projection has been a thing in D&D for ages.

>>15031Oh hey look its that villain that never really did anything but lurked in the shadows finally doing something.

>>15040So did I just miss something? I thought Clovis was LOOKING for that item, not that she'd already OBTAINED it.
Actually, I could've sworn what she was after was a way to actually reverse the spell and become male again for real.
ID: 18133 No.15057
>>15053Shouldn’t it be “he”? I thought Clovis canonically identifies as male.

>>15565How disappointing, the big bad Clovis buildup amounts to him turning people into farm animals and not turning them back.
I guess if he has a wizard battle with Trace he may turn him into a duck or something - woo, how *intimidating*.

>>15571Clovis didn't polymorph the henchmen. Nora's enchantment on the manor did that.
Clovis
kills Roan; that's fire in the last panel.

>>15572Still lame, it's barely even noticiable.

>>15565Legit question, has anyone ever been transformed into something in this comic without also being sex-swapped?
ID: 70fca No.15584
>>15565There's not a lot of TF stuff within the comic proper; Clovis is easily the biggest example, and his transformation doesn't even happen within the main comic, but in The Dragon Masquerade.
On the other hand, there's tons of TF stuff in the weekly sketches, some genderbent, some not.
ID: 9d2d1 No.15585
>>15584Are you kidding me? Raine's whole gimmick is randomly turning into a wolf and back into a human and all things inbetween. Same with that black dragon. The comic is full to the brim with TF stuff and Paw-stuff. Tom is not very good at hiding his fetishes within the comic and panders to his base with them alot.
ID: 1570d No.15587
>>15584>Raine's entire gimmick>Clovis' transformation>Mike for quite some time was transformed into a female>Numerous side things where Keith grows tits>Mention in Clovis' intro comic of Nora changing a man into a mare in estrus and, if memory serves correctly, letting horny stallions go after him before letting him be changed back>Countless TF/TG bonus sketches>Roan being turned into a hen and back>Sam being turned into a cow, an explicitly female animal, and KEPT THAT WAY, with Clovis outright saying s/he's now contributing to the dairy stock, which will very likely require impregnation to continue–Yeah, it's pretty constant AND blatantly a fetish thing. It's about as subtle as Chalo and Godai's kinks. Some of it being in side material doesn't make it any less present either, especially when it's a canon part of the story.
ID: 9d2d1 No.15588
>>15587Unfortunately, because I feel it impedes the story. It's like an unnecessary insertion so common it really takes away from the immersion.
That's probably TwoKind's biggest issue, it inserts too many random jokes or lewd moments for no reason so much it almost gives you whiplash.
Another weird issue is the story has lots of really dark implied story-elements, but they aren't really followed through. If it committed to what it tries to establish, it could actually be pretty good.
